Henrik Juhl Petersen
Born in 1959, Henrik Juhl Petersen lived with his family in a small town called Vester Nebel, close to many fine rivers, such as the Kongeåen, Kolding å, and Vester Nebel å. He began tying flies and fly fishing 25 years ago. In recent years, he has concentrated on tying realistic flies and photographing insects. At the FLY TYING EXPERIENCE 2018, he will tie realistic flies, both nymphs and dry flies, suitable for fishing for trout and grayling. Included will be transparent UV-freshwater shrimp and a mayfly pattern with an extended body tied on the hook. He particularly likes dry-fly fishing and sight-nymphing for trout and grayling in local rivers and abroad. His favorite fly-fishing rivers are in Slovenia, Great Britain, and Bavaria.
